Where your support goes

Since a young age Leon has loved drawing. All he needs is a stack of paper, and some colouring pencils and he's good to go for the next hour or two. He takes so much inspiration from the world around him, and often draws the same thing of interest multiple times.

As he has grown he has become more interested in seeing the world. He has compiled a list of destinations he dreams of visiting. His favourite countries so far include Japan and Greece. A few years ago, he received a book about Greek mythology from his older sister, Ellie, which sparked his ongoing obsession with the subject.

He has always had a deep love for animals, but was not drawn into the human form and faces. I think this is partly to do with his autism, as it is common for autistic people to avoid eye contact. However seeing Greek sculptures has shifted his view; he was amazed at how something so detailed could be carved into a medium so hard.

I decided to take him to Greece, and witnessing his joy and fascination during our trip was truly heartwarming. He enthusiastically marked locations on a map that he wanted to visit, and was in awe at the magnitude of the stone pillars.

Since Leon enjoys exploring different countries, I want to make his travel dreams a reality. So I explained to him the idea of creating products featuring his artwork to sell online, and that he can save up money.

The funds generated can be used to take him to other countries, allowing him to experience diverse cultures and create lasting memories.

Additionally, we plan to donate a portion of our sales to animal charities.

Having such a strong affinity for animals, and I want to teach him the importance donating to help them live happy and safe lives.

Thank you for taking the time to read this, and a heartfelt thank you to everyone who supports us.

We promise to keep you updated on our travels and how we utilise the funds!
